Second Chance Ranch is a non-profit organization started in 2010, committed to caring for and promoting humane and responsible treatment of abused, neglected or unwanted farm animals. As a no
kill shelter, we believe these animals deserve a second chance at living a good life. These animals will contribute as a part of therapy for people with special needs. We are passionate about giving back to the community that supports our cause.
Special thanks to (L to R) Allison Fanta, Bridget Witschen, Niki Michaelis, Spencer Barrett students from UMD who helped with our business plan in their Under graduate business course: Developing Managerial skills with professor Jennifer Mencl.
